In other Scheduling tools, there is a WBS ID which is very helpful in determining parent/child relationships; while Clarizen has an ID field to uniquely identify tasks and projects, it does not provide the ability to see relationships; see example below:
Other Scheduling Tools
1 Deliverable 1
1.1 Task 1
1.2 Task 2
1.3 Task 3
2 Deliverable 2
2.1 Task 1
2.2 Task 2
2.3 Task 3
Clarizen
T-101 Deliverable 1
T-102 Deliverable 1, Task 1
T-103 Deliverable 1, Task 2
T-104 Deliverable 1, Task 3
T-105 Deliverable 2
T-106 Deliverable 2, Task 1
T-106 Deliverable 2, Task 2
In the first example you can see the numbering scheme allows to know which tasks belongs to which subproject/deliverable and is useful in validating outline/hierarchies are correctly structured as well as just general reference. Without it, PMs have to carefully craft task descriptions (as I did ) so one will know which summary/,milestone item it belongs. Analysis or testing are good examples of tasks that me be repeated for a variety of milestones and without the WBS ID it's difficult to know to which it belongs.

Soon it will be 2018 and still the feature is unavailable. Makes me wonder where is the support in this case?
Can we get an update status on this CR?
Yes, I'd also like to see a revealed WBS field for projects.
Is this request still open? What is the status?
