Do you have setting 7.17 turned on? This will set the make the emails look like they are coming from the email address of the users sending the email.

Change the Send from Address on Emailing of Updates
When I send an e-mail update on a particular task or request and update, the message comes from system@clarizen.com , so when my users reply all they get a bounced back messsage from that address.. is it possible to change the sending address so it comes from the Track-IT address?
