I have added Bugs in the Bugs module. I have related each Bug to a Task. I have assigned the bugs to Software Engineers. I need these Bugs to show up as line items in the assigned engineer's timesheet so they can record the time they spent fixing the bug. How do I do so?

You do not add time on the Bug, that is why you associate a bug, issue, request or risk to a work item (i.e. Task) that is configured to be reportable and actual effort updated from timesheet.
The task shows up in Timesheet, not Bug
