Mailboxes

We have three types of Mailboxes in Clarizen: 

  1. Email to case – ability to create cases by anyone, similar to support process where all customers can open tickets, there is no authorization checks on these mailboxes
  2. General – mailboxes which are authorization enabled and requires that the sender email will be of a valid licensed user in the account. Email should be sent to this address and processes by the relevant rule
  3. Specific Class Mailboxes - mailboxes which are authorization enabled and requires that the sender email will be of a valid licensed user in the account. Email should be sent to specific entity or entity alias and processes by the relevant rule
