We strongly suggest posting to these to ask the Clarizen Community questions. Not only will qualified Clarizen Engineers be responding to your queries but these posts are also visible by others using Clarizen which means that you are able to answer each other's questions and share ideas. This is a proven method to share great ideas and solutions, especially in regards to Customizations and API questions (but not limited to this).
