Hi Tom,
You basically need to select a cell/time-entry .
Can you please attach a screenshot/screencast?
Thanks,
Tamir
I have added a custom action to the timesheet that will update a custom field on the ResourceLink. The custom action is set to be visible to all users and there are no evaluation criteria, but the custom action button is disabled on the Timesheet. Any ideas on why that might be the case?

Here is the screen shot.
Hi Tom,
Since you created the CA on the timesheet level it means that you need to select a timesheet object. In the screenshot you marked the entire row and not the individual time entry cell - if you'll select an individual cell you will see the CA. Since you didn't elaborate on the use case itself - it might make sense, to define the CA on the task/workitem level.

So here is the use case. I have some employees who are assigned a large number of LOE tasks that they do not frequently record time against. I want to give them a way to easily filter the infrequent tasks from the Timesheet. Here is what I was hoping to do:
I am open to other suggestions as to how to implement this. Whatever it is it must be easy for them to do themselves, preferable right from the timesheet because they general don't go anywhere else in Clarizen.
OK, I have figured this out. I don't need a custom action. The toggle I added to the Assigned link can be changed right in the time sheet line. I just don't have any items in my time sheet where I can report time because they all have subtasks.
Perfect!
