Is it possible to automate the sharing of a roadmap view? Can you create a custom action to generate the sharing of a roadmap view with standard setting, or can these settings be marked as the default?

I'd like to automate roadmap widget creations for all our customers portfolios for PMs to share.

Is it possible also to auto hide a milestone on all roadmaps? Even further, hide completed/cancelled projects as well?

Hi,

In order to share a Roadmap widget use the GetWidgetHyperLink function http://usermanual.clarizen.com/clarizen-functions$GetWidgetHyperLink_Function_Samples
You can definitely hide a milestone from a roadmap. Just click on the milestone icon in the roadmap and change the visibility settings (attached a screenshot).

I am not sure what do you mean in hiding complete/cancelled project - hiding where?
