**Use Case:
**I need to create (at the Organisation Level) 6 new fields called:
C_Stage1Category
C_Stage2Category
C_Stage3Category
C_Stage4Category
C_Stage5Category
C_Stage6Category
These will denote stages within our Change Request process. Each field can access the following values:
Logged
Awaiting Clinic
Awaiting estimation
Awating EDA
Awaiting WPG
Awaiting Pipeline
Am i able to create a "hidden" picklist field which i can reference in each of the above custom fields. When i use the Reference Entity type, this doesnt work.
I basically want the above values stored and accessible by multiple fields, so that i can add/remove values moving forward in one place.

Unfortunately creating a global picklist that will be available on multiple modules is something Clarizen currently do not support. We re looking to support that to ease the administration but there's know timeline around that yet.

Thanks Tamir. being able to create your own custom Entities would be good if im honest. I know (as a developer) this would be complicated, but being able to design your own Custom entities would be brilliant!
