How to add a new user type in the new user form?

I have created a new user type custom field and I want to add that field in the new user creation form. Also I want to create a validation rule that only admins can create a new user.

Can you please guide me on this?

Hi Vandeep,

 

You'll need to change the layout of the Add/Edit mode of a user. Please go to Settings > Profiles, expands groups and users and edit the fields layout of the add/edit mode. In order to enforce that only admins can add new user please look for the proper system setting - I attached a screenshot.

If you want to create a validation rule around that the Eval criteria should be - not CurrentUser().Admin
