Create dependency based prior task Actual Start Date?

Not sure if this would be a custom formula etc.

Two tasks:

Task A: Pour milk on cereal

Task B: Eat cereal (Dependency: 3 weeks after Task A completes)

Need Task B to be dependent on the Actual Start Date of Task A.

(Right now, Task B is dependent on the **system calculated** Start Date of Task A, which we don't want).

In the example above you would just use a lag time of 3 weeks. What I would recommend instead of using actual start and end dates is for the Start and Due Date in the project itself to be updated to the actuals, and use the baseline functionality to mark your original estimates. I would also recommend hopping on a Q&A forum to go in depth into this scenario.
