I am looking to send an email to a specific recipient based on an email Subject line which contains the Company and Project name e.g ''Quote review request for Company Project4'
Is there a way to get a specific part of the sub string? The Company and Project Name will vary by email.

This one is more suitable for the Customization forum. You could specify 'Formula based recipients' and use left, mid, right & instr functions to parse the original string.
