The official response from our Development team is that Scripts, buttons and input elements are not supported since they don't make sense in emails and are considered not safe. If you find an HTML element that isn't working and we find it safe we can easily add it by way of Change Request.

Hi Boris,
I am trying to set up a workflow rule that generates a nicely-formatted email to team members. It appears as though Clarizen 'cleans' the HTML and removed the styles that I'm trying to apply - my email looks terrible. Is there a work-around?

I wonder if you are using HTML functions that Clarizen do not support. I would suggest posting your HTML in the Customization or Developer section of the forum (select that section when creating the post). This will reach the proper group that can provide you help on what you may have done wrong within your HTML. Also, you can open a case and we will investigate further.
