Setting Organization's Hourly Rates

Cost and Billing Rates defined in the Organization settings define the default rate per hour for all organization resources. 

You can change an individual user’s rate per hour. The rates you provide at the Organization Settings level will be used to calculate the budget for all users who do not have an individual rate per hour.

The following data on the organization rates should be provided in the "Default Cost and Billing Rates" panel of the Organization Settings:

Cost Rate 

• Cost rate - Cost of user's  one regular hour 
• Cost per overtime hour - Cost of user's  one overtime hour

 Billing Rate 

• Cost per regular hour - Billing price of user's  one regular hour
• Cost per overtime hour - Billing price of user's  one overtime hour
