Setting Job Title's Hourly Rates

Job Title is a classification of particular jobs performed in the company .

Users with Administration, Financial or Super permissions are allowed to create new Job Titles.

Job Titles used in the company can be defined in the Settings > Job Titles page.

Users with Financial permissions can set rates for Job Titles. The following data on the Job Title rates should be provided for each Job Title :

Cost Rate 

• Cost rate - Cost of user's  one regular hour 
• Cost per overtime hour - Cost of user's  one overtime hour

 Billing Rate 

• Cost per regular hour - Billing price of user's  one regular hour
• Cost per overtime hour - Billing price of user's  one overtime hour
