I have imported all my users using the Data Loader and have assigned them a User Type. On the license page, they are all listed as Trial accounts. Can I assign all my users a license automatically depending on what User Type they are assigned too instead of doing it 1 by 1?

This cannot be done. You need to apply licenses individually. There may be a way to do it using Data Loader but you would need to build the spreadsheet to include the unique license for each user and that will take more time than manually applying (if possible).
Has this been improved since Chris asked?
