Tooltips in "One Click Navigation" menu

Hi,

We have enabled the "One Quick Navigation" menu with the Theme Editor that adds some custom CSS to the site. We really love it but we are missing a feature that would be very useful to fully take advantage of this compact menu. Ideally the menu should show a tooltip when the mouse is moved over the icons to display the name of the module you are going to open. That way if you are not familiar with the icons you can also know in advance what is going to be opened.
