Currently, an email sent to a user about a new discussion uses the first several words of the post for the email subject. This clutters our email system with subject titles that don't always mean anything. Plus, without a title to the discussion post, it is hard to do research on the project later. Please consider adding a field to new discussions for a title (think: forum subject lines). This title can be used in the email notification as well.

Recently Clarizen has added the path to a WI if this is what the discussion is on. Great! I am just missing "resolved in project" for cases now for some context.
I also agree with the poster above. The Subject of the discussion should be the Case/WI/whather. The first line rarely make sense
