Hi Joanie,
Can you clarify what you mean by same project field? Do you mean in the same project hierarchy? If so, then you can just create a project and it automatically goes to the project you just created. Go to the area that says "Work Plan" where you will be able to add new tasks and milestones. Let me know if this helps.
