This request already exists. We plan to open most of the Clarizen Objects, cases included, to Favorites in the future. No ETA.

Adding goodies to favorites
Currently you can only add Reports to favorites. I would like to be able to Favorite Work Items (Projects, Milestones or Tasks/Subtasks), Cases (Requests, Issues, Etc) and also Views.
