Is it possible to block out someone's calendar with PTO for 3 hours on a workday? My system is locking the ability to choose a time window and I don't see an option to select an hourly amount.

If you go to your Calendar from My Details --> Edit Calendar. You can add a Calendar Exception. Click the Working day radio button which will allow you to uncheck all day and specify Start date/hour and End date/hour.
I too require this functionality, however we do not want to leave it up to the users themselves to adjust the record, and when the Clarizen admin tries to update a users calendar, the all day box is checked and greyed out (unable to edit) - has there been any update on how to accomplish this task?
