Hello. I have created a new request form using the custom action. As part of this custom action I've selected the "Send Email" option. The email is sent to specific user groups because approval is needed quickly. Is there a way to include a link to the request that was just created in the email I send? Or is there a workflow I can create to automatically send an email with a link to the submitted request?

In order to create a link to the object what you'll need to do is use the GetHyperLink() function. In that context it should probably be something like: {GetHyperLink(CurrentObject())}. Let me know if it makes sense.
