How can I turn off automatic "Allow Reporting on Sub-Items"

We would like to prevent the reporting on Sub-items however as soon as you start adding tasks to a project, they become reportable. How can I set the default that tasks are not reportable and only Project's can be reportable.

Hi Chris,

If you are creating new Projects using a Custom Action, I would add this setting there.
If you are not using a Custom Action, I would set it using a Workflow Rule.
