One of the biggest benefits of Clarizen is the ability to provide visibility to our external customers. We want to also be able to share project documentation that we load in Clarizen with our external customers.
In our organization we create a decent amount of documentation for each project. I would suggest that the current data storage limit be increased to ensure that we can fully leverage the benefit of having all our project items in one place?

You can actually share project views with your external customers. However, to be more specific, do you want to share the files that are attached to the project?
By default, each user gets 250mb of storage but you can always open a support case with us when you have reached your quota and we will increase it for you.

By default and due to security, we do not allow sharing of files to external customers unless they have a login. If the customer has login credentials, then they are able to download the files associated to the project.
