Naming convention, accessing system settings values

My request:

path: https://api2.clarizen.com/V2.0/services/metadata/LoginAndPassword
body: { "settings": "SessionTimeout" }

Error:
"message": "Invalid key SessionTimeout"

How do I get the right name for the system settings so that I can get their values ( and set them later)? Is my request path correct?
