Sharing Reports and DashBoards

Is there a way in Clarizen to provide access to Reports and Dashboard without Full License. In most Professional Services companies there are sevearl stake holders who can benefit from access to uptodate information. Any ideas how it can be shared without everyone in the organisation needing Full Lincence.

Hello,

You should be able to share Reports and Dashboards with users in Read-Only mode. This would not require Full User license. Understand that there could be data that may cause issues. Financial data can only be seen by Financial Users, Projects can only be seen by Full Users. This is all based on access provided but read-only is a snapshot that would not allow the stakeholder to drill down or make changes.
