Manual control of completion % of parent item
I was wondering if there was any way to prevent the completion of a parent item when all of its children are marked as completed.
We have an overall project plan with various milestones and tasks like Graphic Design requests which then have child tasks for each request.
The problem is that sometimes these are being worked on as the manager is still adding more requests for a particular project, when the assignee of the sub-task completes all of them it will mark the parent as complete even though additional tasks might still be getting added.

Hi Tom,
% Complete is a roll up field and it is calculated from the subitems. The way to keep the item open is to keep one just adding a placeholder task (with 0 work) for future requests. Please let me know if it makes sense.
