I am wondering if it is a possibility to pull information into Clarizen from google calendar.

Clarizen doesn't have a built in integration with Google Calendar (apart from iCal integration, but I don't think that what you meant).
You can, however, retrieve your Google Calendar information (with some Google API) and update Clarizen with Clarizen API and/or display it on a Clarizen custom panel.

Hi, We would also like to integrate our Google Calendar with Clarizen so that user's time off can be pulled in as Clarizen Exceptions which will help with Resource Planning and Scheduling.

In general you can add calendar exception with in custom actions or business rules.
There is no direct integration between Google Calendar & Clarizen. You may develop some way of triggering a custom action or an Interact rule to reflect Google Calendar changes. Please contact your Customer Success manager or your Clarizen professional services engineer, they may be able to assist.
