Hi,
Is it possible to install an app from the market place (for instance, the Document Publisher) in the Training Box ? When I open the marketplace and try to install an app, it automatically redirects me to the production environment.

No changes that I am aware of. Please open a ticket and the Support team will investigate. We will need access to both your Production and Sandbox environment to test as well as the application you are trying to import for quickest resolution.

Here are instructions.
Installing apps from Apps Marketplace into the Training Box
Export
Go to the Clarizen Apps Marketplace
Choose your app and click Install
Login to Clarizen with admin credentials
You should be directed to the “Install Application” page
Add &exp=true at the end of the URL
You will be prompted you to save the application, save the file on your hard drive
Import
1. Log in to your training box account
2. Go to https://app.clarizentb.com/Clarizen/Pages/Customization/ImportApplication.aspx
3. Choose the file you saved on your hard drive
4. Click “Import”
5. Install your imported application

Boris, Any idea why this wouldn't work? I go through all of the steps below, but the app does not appear in the sandbox site.

There is no clear reason why this should not have worked. Feel free to open a ticket, provide the App you are trying to install as well as a temporary access link for both your Production and Sandbox environments. We will help you get this installed or troubleshoot why it is failing to work.

I'm trying to install an app in the training box but when I try to use the import link I get a page not found error. Has the import application URL changed?
