Hi Tim. There is a reschedule action, which is how you modify the Start Date (or Due Date).

Interact Update Field Rule - can't find Start Date field
I've got an Interact rule for Projects that does various field updates and resource assignments. Everything works great! I want to add to it an Update Field rule to set the Start Date but there is no Start Date field listed, only Actual Start Date and Reporting Start date neither of which is the Start Date.
Any help would be appreciated!
