Hi,
I just started testing the Document Publisher app and I've come across this error:
An error has occurred (ref: 4641dadf-4c08-4ef7-a5de-35bbec82271f). The given key was not present in the dictionary.
Please note that the file I use for the testing is the same one I used yesterday and it worked, I was able to retrieve the resource name on a project, the customer name and the start and due dates info, which is no longer the case today.
I have checked the macros in the Word file as well as the file it's referencing (Document_publisher_macros.dotm).
I have no errors on the macros either.
Can you help me out ?

It is not easy to troubleshoot errors via the community forum, especially since this is not a specific error. If you have not already done so, please open a ticket with this information as well as any screen captures that may pertain and temporary access and we will get to the bottom of this.

Hi Boris,
I was actually able to solve this by checking the relation fields and adding custom fields to retrieve information that was otherwise not accessible.
