Need API for showing project list

I need to call API which will return to project list according to user credentials.

Can you please give me API reference? or any example

Data is always returned according to user credentials.
If you are looking for results according to Role (i.e. something like My Projects), then the https://api2.clarizen.com/V2.0/services/data/MyWorkItemsQuery API might help
