Who can edit data objects?

Hi,

We are trying to implement some functionality to allow our external vendors to log in as Team Members in our Clarizen organization and interact with some tasks and data. The data is imported from our side into data objects and it's attached to tasks. The vendors are set as resources of these tasks and should be able to edit some fields in the associated data objects. Unfortunately, as far as I could see users with Team Member license cannot edit data objects. However, me, with a full license, can do so. Who is able to edit data objects? Is there anything that can be configured to allow Team Members to edit data objects?
