Dashboard snapshot text work date/time format

Dashboard is set to update once a day:

However, the update time does not follow the notation for date and time we have set up in general.

12.11 Short Date Format DD/MMM/YY
Time: 24 h clock (using 12h clock)

I would like the ability to change back to 24h clock but it seems this functionality is not configurable.
