When I try to share (without any options) some report as widget, external users get an error message "The view was either deleted or you don't have permissions to view it". What could be the problem? In the list of widgets (settings - extension - view widgets) this report present.

It is most likely a permission setting. If you have any columns in the report that is financial or what external users cannot see, the widget will not appear for them. Also, I am assuming the users are marked "External Users."
