Profiles - way to copy or duplicate

I'm curious if there's an easy way to duplicate an existing profile and use it to start a new one that's only slightly different. Seems like there'd be a way. Am I just missing it?

No sooner did I post this did I figure out how. Click the down arrow on the profile header and select "save as." Carry on. :-)
