Option to hide or not hide 'Show More' and 'Show all replies' capabilities in social

'Show More' and 'Show all replies' in Social are difficult for users. Customers want the ability to see all replies and all text in a post without having to expand anything. It would be beneficial to be able to control if social posts were all displayed in their entirety or if admins could control if 'show more' and 'show all replies' were displayed.
