Enhancement to 'Timesheets waiting for approval' email [CR-322164]

Redesign of the “timesheets waiting for approval” email to something similar to the progress update emails would be very convenient. If it was an interface that allowed Managers to do quick approvals without logging into the system, that would be highly convenient. It could have the same format and have something like, ‘Quick Approval’ or something that opens up the link interface to quickly see any unapproved timesheet and the ability to toggle whether your approve, or reject, with the ability to add comments on why you might reject something. This would then trigger an email to the users notifying them of their approval status, and any notes if they were rejected.
