It would be useful to have the ability to have a pop-up window appear in your Windows environment, outside of the Citrix application, when a new Request / Task is assigned to you. This would supplement the in-app notification that can be configured to appear in Clarizen or any email notifications configured to be sent to the user.
The reason this would be useful is that you can be caught up working on various tasks using other applications (e.g. Adobe, Excel, etc.) and unless you check Clarizen or your email, there is no way of knowing when a new task has been assigned to you. This would work in a similar way to how it does on the Clarizen mobile phone app.

This would be of interest to us too, we have currently deployed workflows to email users with notifications to solve the issue of not knowing when work is assigned to you. Pop ups would be a much better method of notification.
