I would like to see a report that could show a % of tasks being completed on time or not (could correspond with the green, yellow, red) from the Status column in the Work Plan per project. Basically a report that could be generated for each Resource person to show if they are getting their work completed on time or not. Dates could be entered to show the time frame the report should run, this way you could run the report each month, quarter, full period of construction.
This could show it in a bar graph for each Resource, then % of completion once red/yellow/green.

I have created reports that show what the average variance is for completed tasks which gives you a similar feel for how sources are completing tasks. I have set it up to be able to run against completed tasks over the previous x days. It then averages the due date variance and charts the value for each resource.
