Last Updated On/By

Hi,

Can I get an explanation of the difference between <Hierarchy>.Last Updated By/On vs Last Updated On/By? The values don't always seem to match.

Hierarchy Last Updated By/On triggers when a work item is moved elsewhere in the hierarchy. An example is moving a task to another milestone. Last Updated By/On triggers when a field within that work item was changed.
