ToOrganizationalDateTime
By design it means the function is not giving into account the timezone, in other words always interpreting the time as UTC. So to use the function properly we should first convert the time to UTC and then do 'ToOrganizationalDateTime', which is confusing. If so I think that the function should be renamed to "UtcToOrganizationalDateTime".
