Workflow Rule to Email Contact (From Request)

Hi Gareth,

I'm not sure what you are exactly asking. Email to Submitter should go to to $ReportedByEmail if it is different than $Owner/$CreatedBy in case the submitter doesn't have a Clarizen license. I'm not sure I fully understand what is the relation to the Customer Contacts - can you please explain?

Scenario:

I'm creating a HTML Form that will sit outside of Clarizen and will use the Clarizen REST API to create EnchancedRequests. This form will be used by our Publishers customers (who will NOT be users on Clarizen) to log support tickets. One of the fields on the form, is a Email field which I'm POSTing to EnchancedRequest.$ReportedByMail.

Now I was going to create a Workflow in Clarizen that emailed the address in $ReportedByMail to give them their ID number, but I get the following error:

I fixed it while writing this post, so I have kept it here just in case anyone else needs it. I have clicked the "Formula-based recepients" box and used $ReportedByMail that way.
