Hello... we are looking to use the "freeze columns" command on the projects view screen, but it is not listen on the menu of the gear icon as it states in the user guide at the link below. Is there some other setting or magic trick that needs to be performed for this command to appear?

That's odd!
I don't recall having to set anything to make freeze columns work, it was in an update during last year and is now the default for all views so I would say it should be working for you. My advice would be to speak to your CSM or raise a support call, I'm sure they will be able to help you out.

Anat helped us this morning... it was in Settings 4.4... animations have to be enabled. Pretty simple!
