Is there a way in Clarizen to get a shortened URL to the read-only widget for projects?

This cannot be done out of the box and would be considered an Enhancement Request, though you are able to disable the URL links in a read-only share. Would this be sufficient or are you specifically wanting to change the URL caption so that the URL cannot be seen?
Neither.
The URL to share the read-only widget view is extremely long. I want to shorten it like what bitly allows you to do.
This has nothing to do with enabling or disabling links in the widget, but the has to do with the link to the view itself.

I would like to see this enhancement as well. Share URL links used to be short enough to use them in SharePoint and now they are too long. We've had to change web parts on some pages to be able to accommodate the additional length.
