For future reference the request ID is CR-291170.
From what I can see, the Email Signature setting on User only works when you send a new email. If you are replying to emails within Clarizen, the signature is not used. When you share a widget/link via email, it does not populate the user’s email template.

We have also found that when replying to an email sent from Clarizen (Such as a discussion) that your Email Signature is included in the discussion post. Would it be possible to strip off the Email Signature automatically so that only body text is shown in the discussion thread?

Hi Phil,
Yes that is possible. First go to My Details > Type into the search "Email Signature" > Edit and make sure that you do not have the signature there. Please let me know if this works.
