Search needs option for OR

Users need to be able to search on multiple criteria options in the Filter (especially on the Projects, tasks, and Work Items modules). The filter currently is always AND, so you can't say that you want to search for projects that belong to X Group, OR Project Mgr is Y. Users want the "superset" of the criteria, not the intersection.

Same goes for specific filters on keywords, such as Project Name. Users want to filter on project names that include X, Y OR Z. Or Does NOT Contain those keywords.
