Currently, when the Interact reaches 20 time failure threshold, the rule becomes locked with a vague notification "Mailbox you entered couldn't be found". Admin should get notified immediately as soon as the rule reaches the threshold and becomes locked with a more meaningful message, so that will be able to unlock the rule ASAP. Currently, this impacts our customers that use Interact for their support. Once the rule becomes locked, their customers are unable to submit support cases.
