Discussion Post Templates

We would like to begin using Discussion Group posts for recording meeting minutes. The biggest drawback to this is the lack of a "template" so that we have consistent look and feel to these type of communications. It would be infinitely helpful if we had the ability to select a pre-defined "template" for this type of communication. This would really allow us to get out from underneath Outlook or Word templates.
