Easy way to approve Timesheets on Mobile App [CR-322165]

A timesheet icon in the app that had those little red numbers indicating timesheets awaiting approval, and then clicking on that icon would take the user to the interface would be pretty cool. Definitely need the ability to approve timesheets easily.
