Full width text area fields on Cases like Project

On a Project, it is possible to have a full width Text Area field on the property card e.g. Business Alignment. However on a Case (Request), it is only possible to have a third size field.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just how it's been implemented but I feel it should be continuous across a system. Text area fields seem cramped when wrapped into a single third size widget.
